Hello there!

Skin and Haircare is the most essential thing that one must follow irrespective of their busy scheduled lives.  We hardly find time to pamper our skin and to nourish it with proper vitamin which indeed results in faded skin and hair loss.

In order to avoid that, all you need to do is, spend about 10-15 minutes of busy lives and give your skin and hair all the nourishment it requires

So guys,

Berkowitz clinic has opened its new skin and hair care clinic in Hyderabad now to help us with anything related to skin and hair care. All you need to do is spend 15minutes of your time to pamper your skin and hair.

They have amazing treatments as in,
1. Photo facial
2.Acne and scar removal
3.Hair loss treatment
4. Laser hair reduction
5. Derma peels
6. Skin brightening
7. Anti-aging treatment
8. Tattoo removal
9. Carbon facial
And many more.

The best thing about these treatments is they just take 15-20 minutes to finish off.

Isn't it amazing?

Just a 15minutes of your time and get pampered very well.

As part of my Collaboration with them, I got a chance to choose a service in exchange for a review.

To choose my treatment, I consulted a doctor at Berkowitz clinic. The clinic has got a bunch of doctors who will actually examine you personally and then suggest treatment according to the skin type.

After examining my skin, the doctor has suggested me to for "Crystal Clean up". It was all tanned after my visit to Goa.

We were served all healthy snacks which are apparently skin friendly

Crystal Clean Up:

In this treatment, the outermost layer of the skin is exfoliated using aluminum crystals to reveal smoother and clearer skin. It's the ideal treatment for open pores, blackheads, pits and dead skin.

The facial is basically a five-step process:
1. Cleansing the face
2. Microdermabrasion with Aluminum
3. Massage cream
4. Face Mask
5. Sun Screen

The duration of this treatment is just 15-20 minutes which is the best part.

In step number two they used a machine to peel the external layer off. It pained a little and given me redness.

The redness stayed on my skin for 15-20 minutes after the treatment.

I found a noticeable change on my face though.

I had a great time at the store launch and reviewing the treatment.

Price:

The price of the treatment is Rs.4500+ Taxes.

So guys,

Do visit the clinic and experience the newest way of getting a facial done.

I hope you have liked my review.

Thank you for having a glance.

Lots of Love,

Hey there!

Summer is here and one thing everyone must follow without fail is to keep our body hydrated all through the day.

And when it comes to hydration, detox water plays an important role to remove the unwanted waste and toxins from your body and keeps all essential vitamins and minerals especially during summers.

N coldpressed has come up with this brillant concept of flavored detox juices combining all the nourishment that is required for us. These drinks not only helps you with detoxification. They also improve metabolism and also weight loss.

About N Coldpressed:

They have started in 2017. They aimed to give us preservative free juices with all nourishment in it .

These juices are a combination of fruits, Veggies, seeds, nuts and all sorts of vitamins which are available naturally.

They have over 16 varieties of detox juices which are natural delicious and rich in minerals.

"The letter 'N' from N Coldpressed hold the promise of unique and scientifically designed blends to deliver wholesome nourishment intertwined with a pleasant taste in every bottle," says the brand.

Collaboration :

In my recent collaboration with them, I got to taste these amazing cute little juice bottles.

Let us discuss every flavor I tasted ,

1. Beauty :

This juice is a combination of apple, bottle guard, avacado, flaxseeds, and turmeric.

All of them have rich dietary fiber.

It tasted so yum. There were no added sugars. The subtle taste of apple and bottle guard are mixed very well.

2. Clarity:

This juice is a combination of carrot, pineapple, ginger, mint, and lemon. This drink is truly a stress buster. All the ingredients help to improve heart health by lowering your stress.

I really loved the taste and this is my favorite drink among all. The ginger in the juice helps you clear sore throat. Also, it cleanses your stomach.

3. Heartbeet :

This juice is a combination of beetroot, pomegranate, watermelon, cinnamon, and ginger. This drink helps you in improving your heartbeat. It also increases your hemoglobin levels. I am basically not a fan of beetroot. The combination of pomegranate and beetroot is kind of bitter. It smelled great and I haven't liked the taste.

If you're a fan of beetroot, this drink is definitely for you peeps.

4. Comfort

The taste is as comforting as the name "comfort". This drink includes
Watermelon- which is rich in vitamin C and A and helps to keep you hydrated.
Pomegranate- which has antioxidants that helps in reducing inflammation.
Lemon- which is the savior that improves all the deficiencies. and finally,
Ajwain- touted to be good for digestion

This tasted sweet with a pinch of thyme
very suggestible.

5. Immunity

This juice is a combination of pineapple, spinach, turmeric, ash gourd, ginger.

how hard does an individual needs to strive to improve immunity?

well, there is an easy way

grab this bottle of  N coldpressed "immunity" which tastes sweet yet tart as an added impact.

USP :

These detox drinks are an intense formulation and also have about 20 different flavors each with a certain health benefit.

They also have subscription boxes where you can subscribe to their 'daily wellbeing juices' program.

You will receive one bottle a day in this program for 30days which helps you with constant weight loss.

They also have a one-day detox program wherein you have to drink only juices for the entire day.
The main moto behind these programs is to improve your health scale and to eliminate obesity.
Kudos to the brand for taking this initiative.

Price :

1.Subscription for 26 days is Rs.2600 and get one bottle a day.

2. Detox program costs you around Rs.1200- Rs.1500 which comes with a stack of 6 bottles.

And guys,
#StayCommitted to what you eat and drink and also add some nutrients, minerals, and colors to your food with N coldpressed.

I hope you have liked my review.

Thank you for stopping by and reading my post.

Lots of love,

Hello there,

I hope you're having fun reading my travel experiences and adventures.

If you guys have missed the previous stories, you can read it here:
Tap ME to Read!

The next morning, we headed to the India's favorite holiday destination, "The Kulu and Manali".

Kulu and Manali is a place which has my heart forever. The birds chirping, the static sounds of waterfalls, the nature and the most charismatic people brings uniqueness to the place.

I must say it was quite a journey. If youre a green activist, you will truly enjoy the scenic beauty of these places.

Kulu comes first in line before reaching manali. Kulu is one of the most beautiful places in India.
The roads were completely wet. It was not  typical winter but still the climate was very cool.
The road was a little thin compared to the regular roads. There was river beas to right hand side of the road, Mountains and hills covered to the left hand side of the road.

The Streams in the River Beas were very high and there were too many activities planned in the river.
The top activities are River Rafting, Kayaking and Paragliding. It was almost dawn when we reached Kulu.  We were able to do only river rafting, as the other activites were closed.

River rafting is an adventours sport. It has all fun with it along with a bit of risk if the currents of the water goes high.
We were given a life jacket  as a precaution. The journey in the raft was about 30 minutes. I sat to the corner of the raft and got completely drenched by the water.

I had a lot of fun expereincing the rafting.

If you guys are going to Kulu, never miss a chance of getting into the raft boat.

After completing the rafting we got into the bus and headed to manali. The distance between kulu and manali is 42kms which will take an hour to reach.
The river rafting completely got me drenched and I decided not to change my clothes, as it was just an hour to reach manali.
That was a terrible mistake I made I guess.

Hey Guys!

Tuesday has been an amazing day for me.

I was invited for a food tasting session at Sarat City Capital mall.

It was quite an experience. I had an amazing time and luscious food.

The food court in Sarat city mall is very huge and Wrapchic, Dadoom and Teddy's Soft serve were few among them.

I first visited WrapChic. I am pretty much impressed by their menu. They have Burritos, Tacos, Rice bowls, and so on. It was completely mouthwatering for me.

I am a fan of Paneer and whenever I go out, I'll make sure that Paneer is Included somewhere in my order.

After checking out the menu, I found three paneer dishes. My eyes automatically landed on a dish named Paneer Chettinad. I placed an order and then moved to Dadoom.
Dadoom has got all Italian and Mexican dishes. I went for Chowpatty chatpata, Paneer burger, and Paan Shake.

My order was ready in a couple of minutes. They served very quickly. I really loved the way they managed the time.

It was a total feast for me. I first ate Chowpatty Chatpata. This dish is a combination of french fries, Cheese Sauce and a Subtle combination of Chat. The taste was Yum. It was served hot and started melting once I put in my mouth. This dish has come down here all way from Mumbai. Thanks to them for sharing this yummy dish with Hyderabadis too.

Paneer Chettinad is for you "Spicy Food Lovers".
This Dish has got a lot of protein. Someone who is very conscious about what they eat can order this one. The Combination of Chilli Sause, Panner and Rice has given it a perfect taste. It was a bit spicy and was served very hot. I really loved this dish. The only thing they can improve is, to reduce the proportion of spices in the dish.

Paan Shake is my most favorite dishes among all. It is a combination of Elachi, ice, milk, jira and color green. I still get water in my mouth when I think of that drink.

The burger was good enough to eat. The taste was good. It was not as good as MC'D. I liked it but not impressed by it.

After that, I went to Teddy's Soft Server and Ordered Pink is the new Black ice cream. It was so soft and melted for every bite. This ice cream is a combo of Bubble gum and Soft Chocolate ice cream. The quality of ice cream is too good and I am going back again to have one more.

Hey guys!

Last week we started our travel to shimla. In today's post we will discuss what all things you can do when you visit Shimla
If you haven't read my previous post, you can read it here:
Tap me to read

Many travelers visit Shimla with their perceptions, perspectives, and visions.

Each one of us will have a different point of view while visiting a place. I'm gonna share about my experiences with Shimla.

Shimla is the most beautiful places I've ever visited.

After finishing our breakfast, we took our minibus and went on to explore.

Beautiful valleys, green cultivations, the kisses of the early morning sun rays and the apple trees have waved at all through the Shimla roads.

Top Things to do in Shimla

The Kufri:

The first place we visited in Shimla is 'Kufri'. we couldn't spot the snow as it was monsoon. The place looked very beautiful. We went on a horse as the area looked very hilly and we cannot walk for a long time as there were too many steeps everywhere.
The horse ride was completely fun.
We could spot the Himalayas and also, China's border from the end point of Kufri. I must say it's quite a view.

There were a lot of adventure sports at Kufri. If I can name a few, Horse ride, Zip lining, Skiing, Yak riding are the top activities here and they are budget friendly too. (They will cost you around Rs.200-Rs.400 approximately).

Mall road:

The Mall road is a place where you can find a bulk of shops. You can shop all the handmade products as in Jewelry, Scarfs, caps, gloves, footwear, paintings and many more. The quality is very authentic and very affordable too.

We did a little shopping at mall road and then went on to have our lunch.

I love Maggi:

Maggi noodles is one of the most famous and favorite dishes of every person.
The climate in Shimla is very much appropriate to eat noodles. You will find Maggi at every restaurant you visit.

We ate our delicious Maggi for lunch and headed to envision the nature's beauty.

Summer hill:

This place was so calm. It was filled with tranquility. You can find the hustle and bustle of city life from the top of the hill. If you are a green activist, you will surely love the view

After witnessing the most beautiful places of Shimla, we headed back to the motel.

We relaxed for a while, had our dinner and then went to bed.

Hey there!

Hope you're doing great!

Have I ever told you that I'm a wanderlust?
I proudly say I am a travel lover. Yes! you heard me right :) Who doesn't love travel and exploring things?

When you're trying to know what actually you are and want to know the real purpose of your existence, then travel is something which helps you to explore it.

Travel has thought me a lot of things. As in, different cultures, mindsets and natures.

Do I sound a little exaggerated ?
Let me get straight to the point . I am going to share all my travel experiences in the coming posts.

I hope you guys will find it interesting.

So,

Are you guys ready to travel along with me?

Let's get started!

Back then in 2017, I have traveled to Shimla, Kulu and Manali

I visited these places along with my family.

Me along with my squad took a flight to delhi and then we headed to Shimla in a Mini bus.

The distance from Delhi to Shimla is 342 K.m which is six and half hours journey.

Shimla is known to be the capital city of Himachal pradesh. It has got a rich culture, neo gothic structural buildings and great vegetation.

The ghat roads of shimla were too thin and I found it very risky to travel on those roads.
I wasn't scared but it was quite an adventure.

It was 3.00 in the morning by the time we reached Shimla. The climate was very cool even the post summer.
We took a baggage of Jerkins, Ponchos and Shawls to cocoon ourselves from the cool breeze.

We checked in to the motel and took rest for a while

At 9.00 A.M in the morning we finished our daily chores, had breakfast and started exploring the city...
